Obviously pleased with the outcome, the Hannah Montana actress poignantly told her seven million followers: 'Never felt more me in my whole life'.
And the stark difference in styles seemed to have bemused a passer-by who didn't recognise the teenager, with the Nashville-born star adding: 'someone just told me im prettier than Miley Cyrus.'
Continuing on her quest to morph into an emo kid, Miley complemented her hair with a heavy black sweater, silver barbed wire necklace and a pair of chunky boots.
