And Melissa Rycroft was still clearly on a high as she appeared on Good Morning America the following Wednesday morning.
The 29-year-old Bachelor star was seen posing outside of the studios in New York with her huge trophy.

The stunning former Dallas Cowboys cheerleader hardly looked tired after the red-eye flight she had taken from Los Angeles following her victorious night.
Grinning from ear to ear, Melissa could not contain her excitement over her win.
The tiny brunette star was somewhat dwarfed by the huge accolade as she lugged the shiny ball around with her.

Melissa went casual for her TV appearance, wearing a pair of black leggings tucked into knee-high lace-up black leather boots.
She paired the attire with a red top, worn underneath a grey hooded sweater and a leather bomber jacket.
With her chocolate locks coiffed to perfection and her wide toothy smile, Melissa showed no signs of fatigue.

As they hugged one another, the sound was also cut several times - suggesting that their shock even gave way to some choice celebratory language.
The celebrations were so wild - with Tony climbing up on the outstretched arms of the other contestants - that he and Melissa didn't even get the chance to discuss their joy on air.
'This is usually where we would talk to them!' Tom said, instead he and co-host Brooke Burke stood by to watch the wild celebrations. and the obligatory confetti raining down.

Despite a string of perfect scores in recent weeks, Melissa and Tony were not considered favourites - especially after Shawn and Derek scored perfect 10s from all three judges for their final dance, compared to the winners' lower 9.5s.
