NO.1  Call the Mens Armani Watches customer service center at 800-277-4013. The service is available from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. CST Monday through Friday, and 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST on Saturday. Explain that you have a problem with your Armani watch. The customer service representative will advise you on the closest place to have your Armani watch repaired.
NO.2  Navigate to the Giorgio Armani website (see Resources). Click on the "Stores & Lifestyle" pop-up menu at the base of the page followed by the "Store Locator" button. Click on "Country" and select your country. Scroll through the list of cities to find your closest store. Alternatively, high-end jewelers and repair shops also may be approved to service Armani watches. 
NO.3  Take the watch to your local approved Armani dealer. Provide the watch warranty. Explain to the dealer that the watch has stopped running. The dealer will either be able to provide you with an estimate and repair the watch in-house or will send it to an Armani repair facility.
NO.4   Send the watch to an approved Armani repair facility. Provide your name, address and contact details, the warranty and proof of purchase, if you have it. Explain to the dealer what is wrong with the watch and whether it is running. The repair service will provide you with an estimate and repair the watch once you agree to the estimate.
