Sometimes all you need is a good night's sleep. And as Katie Holmes arrived at the London premiere of Valkyrie last night it appeared the hard-working mother had finally caught up on her rest.
The smiling actress looked bright-eyed and glowing as she helped her husband Tom Cruise greet his fans on the red carpet.
Her appearance was in sharp contrast to the previous night, when she appeared at the film's German premiere looking tired and grey-faced.

shoulders. The dress exposed her long slender legs, which Katie kept warm in opaque tights.
Cruise is currently on a promotional tour to promote the movie, about a conspiracy to assassinate Hitler and seize control of Germany from the Nazis, led by his character Colonel Stauffenberg.
Katie, 30, could have been forgiven for staying at home to recover after only just finishing a tiring run of All My Sons on New York's Broadway.
But after six months living at opposite ends of the U.S. she clearly doesn't want to be parted from her husband any longer - and flew to Europe to accompany him on the round of premieres and press conferences.

The
film has been panned by critics, but the bad reviews did not put off a
hardy band of Cruise enthusiasts, who braved the chilly weather to
attend the premiere in London's Leicester Square. After helping his wife inside out of the cold, Cruise walked the carpet signing autographs and chatting with the fans.
But not everyone was pleased to see him. Among the crowd were a small group of anti-Scientology protesters wearing masks and waving banners.
