TV’s Extra confirmed today that Nicole Kidman is indeed pregnant. According to the rep for the newly expecting couple, “Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban confirmed today that they are expecting a baby. The couple are thrilled.”
Rumors began to swirl at the end of December when it was reported that Nicole and Keith announced the pregnancy to their family over the Christmas holiday.
I’m never going to believe a publicist again when they deny pregnancy rumors for their clients. Far too many times it has been a blatant lie.
Congratulations to Nicole, who has “yearned for a baby since [she] was 17.”

In somewhat related news, a new unauthorized biography about Tom Cruise is hitting the shelves this month. In it, Andrew Morton (best known as Princess Diana’s Biographer) theorizes that baby Suri is actually the product of Scientology’s founder, Ron L. Hubbard. Well, of his frozen sperm, anyway.
Well duh! I’ve been saying that since the alien child was born!
Of course Tom and his (Scientology) people are denying everything. But Tom Cruise has gotten really really odd over the past few years, so it wouldn’t surprise me one bit if this rumor turned out to be true.
